A food diary serves another purpose as well. Journaling promotes conscious eating. To lose weight, a person must take the proper food and diet which will definitely help in reducing the 98% of the weight and fats of the body.

Also this can be very much useful in losing the weight from the midsection of the body. If we can learn to appreciate "what" a plateau is, then we can begin to view it as a benefit to our overall survival and not as such a dreaded enemy.

What Can You Do to Help Get Over a Plateau?

There are both physical and emotional components that are needed to survive a plateau.

Physically, you need to double-check your food intake to make sure you're not exceeding the calories needed to lose weight. The main thing is that there are no carbohydrates in these scrambled eggs. By journaling your food, you remain in total control.
