6. The legs should be together and lifted to an angle of forty-five degrees. It is hard not to want to get out and go for a walk or a bike ride. Writing everything down, and being consistent about it, allowed me to STOP making poor choices and allowed me to truly engage my thought process, my choices, the consequences of those choices and then proceed.
